Generation is a new overseas volunteering programme aimed at building sustainable communities and enhancing careers.

We are looking for individuals to take part in our pilot year and help shape the programme for future volunteers. We aim to work with people who are committed to making a positive contribution to local communities through teaching and grass roots development work and who have a genuine interest in social change.

This exciting pilot programme provides an opportunity for volunteers to apply their skills and knowledge, working with schools and communities to achieve locally owned goals that will benefit generations to come.

In 2013 we are working in partnership with MondoChallenge Foundation, who understand and are connected to communities in North East India and Nepal. Our combined expertise of international development and the UK charity sector mean we are perfectly positioned to help volunteers plan careers in the charity sector.

At a cost of £1,100 for a 3 month placement (including training, in-country support, accommodation and post-placement career advice) volunteers gain an amazing experience at great value.
